Back to work

The most beautiful time of the year, the summer holiday, is almost over: it is not only a wonderful time to enjoy life, but also to take a step back from your day-to-day worries and turn to new insights or intentions.

Back to work with pleasure? That certainly does not apply to everyone in the coming weeks. Many people are faced with great pressure on the work floor, conflicts in the work environment, a job that no longer suits them, …

Chances are that during the summer period you realized that you want to spend more time with your family and friends and need extra free time to relax and unwind. In the first weeks after the holiday I hear people talking about the ‘rat race’ or the ‘golden cage’ they return to. How do you reconcile that with those insights and intentions from your vacation? How do you prevent these, after a short time, from becoming distant slogans that seem unattainable? In short: in practice, how do you take a turn in your life to achieve those wishes?

Career coaching can help you shape your career the way you want it. It can help you to get to know your talents, drives and motivation in a variety of ways. This way you get a clear view of what gives you energy.

Using career coaching does not necessarily mean that you have to look for another job. It can also be useful if you want to stay in your current job: for example to negotiate your salary, your terms of employment or the implementation of your tasks. Or if you want more confidence in certain aspects of your work, such as presentations, work trips, difficult conversations with customers, employees or managers.

Do you want to prevent your vacation intentions from ending up dead in the water this year? Then I will happily support you in the search for a balance between work and leisure. Together we can outline how you can fully enjoy what you do every day, so that the holiday feeling can continue.

Do you want to know more: make an individual appointment (free and without obligation).
